The client faced a significant staffing challenge in launching their new virtual clinic. They needed to quickly onboard Registered Dietitians across approximately 25+ states. This involved not only sourcing qualified individuals, but also navigating the complexities of obtaining and verifying each state’s specific licensing requirements to meet the expected demand at the launch in January 2025.
